A Pattern Language for Web Usability

My Thoughts
If you're involved in the design and development of web sites or applications that will actually be used by real, live people, then you really should read this book.
Ian Graham casts much of the conventional wisdom around usability design into a coherent pattern framework. In particular I like the way that the overall pattern set allows you to go from very high-level items like establishing business objectives (pattern 1) down to detailed patterns regarding caching transactions (pattern 67).
